Local kitchen, local deliveries, less waste. Here's what that looks like in practice.

  • Reusable insulated bags coming soon ! We are working towards becoming more sustainable -so nothing ends up in landfill. Deliveries will be delivered in a recyclable paper bag - so please ensure someone is in to receive the delivery as the food will require to be refrigerated straight away.

  • Recyclable packaging. Give it a rinse and it can go straight in your kerbside recycling.

  • Made to order. Small batches, so we don't over-produce and bin what doesn't sell.

  • Please ensure you review the care instructions on the packaging and abide to the use-by & best before dates.

Common Delivery Questions

  • We deliver during a single window on your chosen day (Monday or Thursday), shown above. We'll keep you updated on the day so you know when we're on the way.

  • No. Leave delivery instructions and we'll follow them every time — a safe place, a neighbour, or a side gate all work fine.

  • Please ensure you notify us as the delivery will require to be rescheduled.

  • Yes - just let us know before the cutoff and we'll switch you between Monday and Thursday.

  • We'll let you know in advance if a bank holiday affects your week and arrange an alternative day.

  • Email hello@bonhealthnutrition.com and we'll sort a replacement or refund the same day.
